Services
Treetops is a family run business large enough to be professional but small enough to care. All our kennels and our cattery are fully heated in the Winter months but nice and airy during the Summer and provide indoor and outdoor accommodation for your pets. This is complimented with discreet background music to maintain a peaceful, homely atmosphere.
Dogs are by nature a sociable, pack animal and should never be left alone for lengthy periods when they can become noisy and even destructive. This can in turn lead to tension with neighbours and costly damage to your home. It is our opinion that such behaviours are understandable and can be avoided.
Our purpose designed cattery provides multi-level living for your cat with interesting platforms connected by ramps. All our cabins provide a light and airy space for the summer months but are in a fully central heated building meaning they are cosy and warm in the winter months. All our cabins have access to outside balconies through a standard cat flap enabling them to get fresh air when they wish.
Discounts can be negotiated for extended boarding (5 weeks or more) but not in peak season. We also offer a pick-up and delivery service for dogs and/or cats coming to us for a break. This is mainly intended for customers without their own means of transport and is a charged service the cost of which will vary.

We took our Labrador to Treetops Kennels & Cattery for the very first time last weekend and we have been very impressed with everything. We could tell from Alfie's reaction when we picked him up that he'd had a good time. He was happy and relaxed and there were no signs of him being stressed or anxious - as was the case two years ago when we had left him for two weeks with a home boarder.
Thank you to all the staff at Treetops for taking great care of Alfie - and Alfie says thank you too - woof woof!
We will definitely be using Treetops again and will be recommending them to family and friends

Monty loves going to Treetops so much he never says bye see you later once he sees his crate I’m a very distant thought if none at all we had never been separated before his first stay and we are so delighted I’ve recommended Treetops to all my carers all I can say is once you’re pet experiences Treetops you’ll never look back and won’t take them anywhere else.

Very friendly and helpful staff. We used to have two dogs who happily shared a double kennel. We now have one dog, who was nervous at her first visit due to being a rescue. However, she enjoyed that first stay so much and, now she realises that we are coming back for her, she races up to the door with excitement at the start of every stay.

This is the best place. Donnie can be really nervous, particularly around new people but Marcus and all of the staff are amazing with him. He loves daycare and staying overnight here when we are on holiday and is mega excited every time we arrive.
Would recommend everybody gives it a go even if you're not going away, it's just a brilliant change for them and chance to socialise in a controlled environment.

Staff are friendly here, dog always seems well cared for. £16.95 per dog if they are on their own. The reception area could do with an update however with creaky steps, an awkward sliding door and a smell of dogs. It really should be more accessible to wheelchair users or those with walking difficulties. Good overall experience.
