Pussy Willows is one of the biggest catteries in Derby and have been looking after your pets needs for over 15 years. We are situated in the beautiful surroundings of Old Camellia Farm in Elvaston, Derbyshire and pride ourselves in offering the highest standard of facilities and care for your beloved pet.
Although the Cat hotel is centrally heated we also provide heated beds for extra comfort in the winter. Litter trays and wood based or gravel based litter are used, and are changed daily and throughout the day where necessary. We are able to administer any medication to your cat that is prescribed by a vet including insulin.
Our aim to provide your much loved pet with the same care and attention which you would give it at home. We provide hutches, runs, bedding, hay, bowls, bottles and fresh veggies as per your instruction. Please bring your pets normal packaged food and we will provide fresh vegetables. All our guests are checked on, played with and talked to regularly during the day.
The excellent facilities and experienced staff are here to meet all your cats needs whilst you are away. So you can relax without worry in the knowledge that your cat is safe and well cared for. We work on a per day rate, this allows flexibility to drop your cat off from the 9.30am in the morning and collect up to 6pm on most days.

Went to look round and paid £20 deposit for our cat to stay and then our holidays got cancelled we ask for our deposit back (which was over two weeks until our cat was going to stay) and as stated on the leaflet deposit were only returned if over a week. On phoning was told that because we had been shown round we could not have a refund and it was in the terms and conditions which we were never shown or given..... disgusting £20 to be shown round

The staff were so friendly and made us feel at ease when we dropped our cat's off. We were able to take beds, toy's and anything that would help settle them while they were there. We were also sent some photos so we could see what our furbaby's were up to. We'll definitely be taking our furbaby's back.

We took Harold our cat in for a few days while we went away.
He's quite nervous travelling and we didn't know how he would cope as we had never put him in a cattery before.
He was a little home sick but the care that all the staff provide is amazing. Even though I hated leaving him, I now know he was in the best place. It's not just the cats that are looked after, they make sure you are happy too. Thank you for taking good care of him.
Would recommend to everyone I know.

Clean and tidy
I never leave my cat anywhere but the staff are so friendly i will always put my cat there.
It takes me 2 hours by train and taxi to get there but it is worth the travel
Lola is a shy cat but everytime i go to collect her she dont want to leave . Staff actually take their time with each cat all the time .

I was really worried about leaving Oscar for 10 days as this was his first time in a cattery However, I shouldn't have been, he really loved it and came home a very happy cat Oscar stopped in one of the paddocks, which I fully recommend He had been spoilt and very well looked after by the staff; which I am grateful for I will definitely be bringing Oscar back again
