Set in the beautiful Teversal countryside, close to the Teversal Trails, Woof You Were Here is the perfect holiday home for your precious pooch. We have been dog owners for over 30years and know how difficult it is leaving them to go out or away, and so, in 2008 we created a solution - WOOF YOU WERE HERE!

A warm reception awaits them at our comfortable home, where your dog will stay with us as part ofthe family. As an alternative to traditional types of dog kennels, with our home dog boarding we strive to provide a calm and loving environment for your dog.

We offer a loving and caring environment for smaller sized dogs throughout Derby and the surrounding areas. With plenty of space to play, relax and chill out, your dog can look forward to some serious five star treatment, updating you with texts and Facebook messages to let you know they're having a wonderful time.

Boarding Services Report

Before we take a booking, we will invite you and your pooch for a FREE, no-obligation "Meet & Greet". During the 'meet and greet' your dog will socialise with the other dogs already staying here, have a sniff around and generally get a feeling for the place. We close daily between the hours of 11am-2pm, to excerise the dogs that we have staying here.

Angie looks after our dogs so well when they visit. It’s so reassuring knowing they are loved and cared for when we leave them. They always look very happy on the videos she posts which is great for us to see. Would highly recommend. Wouldn’t send our dogs anywhere else 😊

Angie and Eddie are absolutely great with our dogs and they love going to stay. They sort out all their medication and fussy eating habits. The dogs absolutely love socialising with lulu and co. Highly recommended

We Wouldn't leave our dog anywhere else . It's a home from home... beautiful back garden and patio to play on. We get Pupdates regularly whilst we are away and love watching treat time with Eddie every evening for the doggies. Would highly recommend they certainly know their stuff.

What a fabulous place to leave your poochie knowing that not only will they be safe, but looked after like a member of their family. Superb long garden for exercising. Great security too. So, so pleased to have found this wonderful alternative to kennels. Angie keeps you up to date with photos and videos during your doggies stay too! Highly recommend .. be it for day care or a week.

Would just like to sat thank you for looking after Alfie for me. I would never put Alfie in kennels but with you it's home from home. Anyone who knows you knows you love dogs and look after them as if they were your own. Keep up the good work. Alfie will be coming stay soon. Xx
