I run several businesses and have to communicate with businesses of different types all over the world.
I can say without a doubt, Kennelpak is the rudest company I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I discovered this company after using their products as a consumer and looking into working with them as a supplier.
I've had my fair share of rude companies to deal with and I am a very patient person. This company goes to the top of the worst companies I have ever dealt with any any potential business with them will not be happening.
We will also stop using their services as a consumer

I can’t comment on the feed as I’ve never ordered any. Over the course of a week I’ve asked their sales rep Zoe 5 times for a price on feed by the pallet. We’re kennels and buy several pallets at a time she only replies with questions and now ignores me. I’m not sure why they don’t want the business or can answer a simple question, it doesn’t matter now they can keep it, I got the answers and placed an order in 20 minutes with another supplier.

For 'working' dogs (with a good dry food to go with) then this is good (and is part of the farm food). Rubbish customer service though who don't reply to comments.
