The staff at Purely Pet Supplies (especially Lauren) are fantastic; quick to respond to emails and providing updates as and when needed; Lauren went above and beyond, and is truly was fantastic (thank you for putting up with me and my silly emails).
Received an order complete message and the next day a very BIG box arrived; full of fantastic dog toys!

I have always had a really positive shopping experience at purely pets, the customer service is exceptional , if I have had a question about the budgie food, they always answer with a prompt reply and are very knowledgeable. I am very careful as my budgie has had some health issues. Purely Pets have been brilliant with me and I highly recommend them.

Terrible customer service. My order didn't arrive but showed as delivered so I contacted them straight away to make them aware of the issue. It took nearly 4 weeks to get a response from them and even that didn't solve the problem. Within a few days I contacted Royal Mail myself and they confirmed the GPS for delivery did not match and it had been… incorrectly delivered but the seller had to claim yet despite me asking them to call they refused instead making me wait nearly a month. In which time I had placed a post on local sites asking if anyone had received incorrectly and ordered again

I have a ordered a few times now from Purely Pet supplies and absolutely love it, I can’t find another site that offers such variety at fantastic prices. I have two labs who have been poorly over the last year especially my youngest. We have had a long time having a lot of quiet ‘canine enrichment’ days whilst recovering and I have been able to find lots of suitable, good quality treats from
PPS. It means my girls have been able to recover well with lots of good quality mental stimulation.

Always such fab service and such a huge selection of products! Fully converted to using this small business over the big pet stores. Much more choice for toys and supplies as well as a speedy service. Always kept fully updated on the progress of our order and informed if there are any delays out of their control 😊
