When first getting your packet out to defrost you can pierce a hole in the packet to release air, this will help once defrosted. Completely take all the product out of the packaging before defrosting.

Great prices and good food. I bulk order for my two dogs every 3 months so take a large order from them. I find the prices are really competitive and the drivers really friendly, they always call ahead as requested to allow me time to get home from work to take the order.
The biggest issue I find is that I often need to chase up the order and then find something may be out of stock. I also am not told until the morning of delivery, if at all, that a delivery is coming. This meant the recent delivery I was at a trade show and couldn't put the food away that was left on my driveway until late in

Raised prices,DOUBLED delivery charges and now also increased amount of boxes needed for delivery,i struggled to store 5 boxes pluse liver/kidneys etc now they want a min of another 2 boxes,someone getting very greedy instead of being a good value place to bulk buy,easily found similar with no delivery on orders over £30 and no need for 7 boxes of food to be bought ,shame as been with them 7 years......update as tried them one more time Shambles of a company,ordered monday said any probs call me on thursday plz(previous items missing last 6 years) wait in all morning ,get a call 1pm ish driver

So unfortunate. I have no issues with the food, which should be the harder bit to get right and stay competitive with price point. They have very recently increased their charges, which I didn't have an issue with as they are very cheap compared to others.
The issue is whether they bother to turn up or not!!! When you order they only give a day on which to expect the delivery, no time slot.... none at all. So I have spent all day today (saturday) waiting in, whilst my family go out for the day.Only for them not to turn up, or be bothered to inform me that they aren't coming. Unfortunately this

Great food but shockingly unreliable company. I used to get Bulmers from Raw Pet Supplies in Cardiff but Bulmers all of a sudden just stopped turning up with deliveries. RPS have a rolling weekly order that's not been delivered for a good 2 months now. Unfortunately my dogs have had to switch to another brand but its upsetting their stomachs. The health and wellbeing of my dogs is at stake here but Bulmers couldn't give flying fiddle! I used to call up several times a week to check if a delivery would be made but I've given up now. The constant excuse of they can't get the stock to meet the order

WARNING ! If you are considering becoming a stockiest think again ! I made contact with them as I wanted to start selling the product in my shop, I was told providing I took 20 cases there would be free delivery. This was the cast with my first 4 orders, however when I had built up the trade and tried to place my 5 Th order I was told I would need to take a minimum of 30 cases and there would be a £50 delivery charge ! They are not to be trusted.

Great selection of frozen raw food, but a terrible service when it comes to having it delivered - quite often it doesn't come when ordered, with no contact from the office to explain or justify why it hasn't come. It is such a shame because it is the most convenient way to make a bulk order! I always buy at least 7 boxes of food, totalling around £100 a pop, every 6-8 weeks or so. Seriously considering switching my dogs back to dry food.

Bulmer pet Foods are great, we swapped from a competitor 2 - 3 years ago due to falling standards and have never looked back. Our 3 dogs love it. The economy mince is only one that we don't buy but everything else is superb. We get the salmon cubes as occasional substitute meals which they love too and we get the sprats to dehydrate as tasty snacks when out walking. This week we ordered on Wednesday night 10:30 and asked for delivery yesterday or next week and no problem with order arriving 2 days later. Thanks Bulmers
