Excellent service from staff who were extremely helpful and patient assisting us with a harness for our dog. First one didn't fit properly so they told us to come back and swap it for a smaller size. Service like this is why we still shop on the High Street though sadly diminishing in some other shops. If you need pet supplies though, shop with these guys and enjoy the service with a smile.

They're just the best! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, Solo our dog is always welcome and the range of products offered is great!

Amazingly friendly and helpful team. Bought a perfect fit harness this morning. The guy spent half hour with us trying on different elements until we had got it right. He cared about this as much as we did.

We had a fantastic experience at the shop today. So helpful and knowledgeable on all aspects of looking after a new puppy. The owner had so much time for us, answering questions about our soon to arrive pup. Didn't push products on us and helped us make our own decisions on what we might need. Great range of products and prices. **Highly recommend Tails and Whiskers**. We will be going back! (Really good COVID measures too).
