Our state-of-the-art veterinary hospital is staffed by our nursing team 24 hours a day, every day, so that your pet is never without experienced care. If your pet needs to stay with us for close monitoring, perhaps post-surgery or due to an illness, they will be monitored closely throughout the day and night and will be given medication as needed by our fully trained nurses.
Once we have received the form, we will aim to contact the client directly to arrange a suitable date for the planned procedure. They will be allocated an admit appointment and a provisional time we expect the procedure to be complete.
It is important to bare in mind that if the patient is due to receive contrast media, they will require a short stay in our hospital to receive intravenous fluid therapy; reducing the risk of contrast induced acute renal injury.Blood work and relevant clinical history are required within the last month for all patients undergoing sedation or GA, please also send results with this booking form.
