We are open from 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Saturday and 11.00am - 4.00pm Sundays and most bank holidays. Parking is available either in the High Street or there is a large car park nearby. Our web site is constantly updated, but to avoid disappointment when ordering original works of art please check availability first.
Al Hayball derives much inspiration from the creatures and coastline around his Dorset home. His wildlife drawings let the animal's character shine through, whether it be captured in the way the eyes are drawn or that little smile he includes in some of his subjects.
In a departure from his usual naive way of painting, Al has taken a change of direction and now portrays wildlife, in this unique style of graphite, (featuring hares and his 'muse', Tilly the Whiplington Lurcher!).Using a range of pencils, on Bockingford watercolour paper, his priority is to capture the personality and essence of the individuals he chooses to portray.

Allen Tortice is one of the most collected Northern painters in the UK today. Born into a mining family, Allen grew up in the industrial landscapes he shows us all today. Through his paintings and watercolours, we can learn a lot about his life, which also saw him serve as an excellent marksman for the army.
Born in the industrial city of Donetsk in 1961, Andrei Protsouk demonstrated an exceptional gift for art from a young age. With his father a photographer and his mother a master embroiderer, it seemed only natural that he too would pursue a career within the arts.
On leaving school Protsouk attended the prestigious Lugansk School of Fine Art, followed by a Masters Degree at the Ilya Repin Leningrad Institute; widely regarded as one of the worlds finest art training programmes. Here, Protsouk studied under Evsey Moiseenko- a world renowned contemporary of Marc Chagall and Pablo Picasso.

Terrible experience, dropped a picture to change a glass, was waiting for ages. After some time I had to call them only to be told in very loud and aggressive way that I have collected my painting already ( every though I still had a collection paper from them). I was called later by other lady who said they still have a picture. She sort of said sorry but woman that was on the phone didn't even had a back bone to apologise.
I have mentioned to them on multiple occasions that it may not be very valuable picture but it has huge sentimental value to me, and every time they said they understand that

Absolutely fabulous job of framing my painting! They explained that it would be a difficult job as the canvas was not stretchy and it had been rolled up in my bag whilst backpacking for a few months, so the paint had cracked. However, the outcome impressed us all! Their knowledge of framing enabled them to create an excellent, high quality finish and I'm absolutely delighted! Thanks 😊

I recently took in a photograph of my son and his new bride on their wedding day along with some flower heads that I had dried from the bridal bouquet. I had an idea in my head of how I wanted the photo and flowers framed and Ruislip Frameworks made my idea a reality. I was given great advice and not rushed at all when deciding on frame etc. When I collected it today I was completely amazed at how wonderful it looked. This is the second time I have used Ruislip Frameworks and the staff are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would not hesitate in recommending this shop to anyone.
