Extremely rude and unprofessional - would not recommend, unless you are willing to deal with a grumpy old man who will mess up your order and treat you badly if you are not spending north of £1,000. Clearly has enough wealthy clients locally from Chelsea who are willing to put up with his incompetence and unpleasant attitude just because he is located conveniently in the neighbourhold - to the point that he doesn't care about doing a good job.
When I went to get a painting framed recently the shopkeeper was looking at me like a nuisance rather than a client - was not helpful to point me to options
