Services
Our baby room (Pinkies) provides for babies from birth to 18 months approximately and is very homely, bright and cheerful. The staff provide lots of love and laughter, as you would expect in your own home. Range of brightly coloured, age related toys, activities and mobiles etc. to give stimulation helping your child progress.
Our pre-school room (Skippy's) caters for children from 2yrs 8 months - 4 yrs 11 months and is homely and comforting, yet bright and spacious. The staff provide lots of opportunities for learning through varied activities i.e threading, cutting, painting, drawing etc., which supports children in developing at their own pace.
Our 'Boomers' out of school club caters for children of school age approximately 5 - 17 years with a friendly, happy and relaxed atmosphere, in a cosy environment. We aim to help all children feel welcome, secure and safe. Boomers club is a home from home. We provide healthy eating from our 4 week rotational menus and snacks and promote awareness of environmental issues, knowledge and understanding of the world and equal opportunities.
Here at Boomerangs, our 'Holiday club' is one of a friendly, happy and relaxed atmosphere. Away from home, we actively encourage communication to develop all children's confidence and self-assurance. We provide healthy eating, awareness of environmental issues, knowledge and understanding of the world and equal opportunities.
Kanga's Pre-school room accommodates children aged 2 yrs 8 months to 4 yrs 11 months. Children can access 15 or 30 FREE government funded hours dependant on age & eligibility, which are FREE to parents/carers and funded through Derbyshire County Council. Morning session: 08.30 am - Full Funded Day for working parents: Use up to 10 hrs/day funding - just pay a top up for additional hours and meals or/ use your full 15 hours over 2 days.
