we needed a second hand family car and Jay gave us the most excellent service we could hope for. we got a reliable, lovely fair priced car and we couldnt have asked for more. jay went above and beyond our expectations and its just what we needed. if you are thinking of getting another car just go to him, we wish more dealers were like this, he was honest, straightforward and gave us the best service and a great car, thanks again !

Don't trust this man. He will lie and deceive you. Making few dollars is more important to him than doing the right and decent thing. I could not inspect the car and relied on him telling me the truth. HE DID NOT, but covered up the defects with lies. The car is 13 years old and parts of the chassis require changing due to corrosion. THIS IS NOT WEAR AND TEAR. IT IS DAMAGE DUE TO NEGLECT!!! It is dangerous to drive as purchased. The A/C does not work albeit he confirmed "ALL working" in his video.

I have only ever previously purchased a used car from a main dealer, but JDH delivered the same degree of customer service as I would at any main dealer.
I have had the car for 4 months now & happy with the purchase, over the winter period I have never been let down, my new car has never let me down once.

Excellent after sales service
Two weeks after buying a car from Jay, some issues appeared with it. Coolant loss, check engine light, the two main concerns, plus some other niggles. I emailed Jay with a list. He very promptly replied and said to drop the car off at my convenience and he would get them fixed. He fitted a new radiator and O2 sensor, plus resolving the other issues. There is still one issue that has returned, but overall I am very happy with the after sales service that Jay provided.

Very pleased with my purchase from JDH cars! Great customer service that went above and beyond to help me out with fixing minor issues that were inevitable with the age of the car I went for. He was also very patient and took the time to go through and explain everything as I am not experienced with car sales. I feel he is an extremely honest person and gave me a good part exchange deal too. Would highly recommend to anyone!
