Staff have absolutely no knowledge of cars try to tell a qualified mechanic that there wrong. Picked car up no lights on drove 20 mins towards home and come up with 20 fault codes took car back to garage for warranty told it would be done on the day… brill nope couldn’t get the part till 2 days later this is just the start they ordered the WRONG part then told the right part wouldn’t be with them till next day so I’m my wisdom of parts I took it upon myself to call the one part supplier that supplied main dealer parts and they managed to get the part to the garage same day for me! AVOID AT ALL COST! my niece bought a vehicle from this garage, after 1 days ownership the vehicle went into limp mode, we called the garage and spoke to Paul agreed to take the vehicle back for repairs, it was explained my niece is in full time employment as a carer and has a young daughter and needed the vehicle repaired urgently, I asked Paul would the vehicle be repaired today 2 times he said yes, after spending a whole day waiting, Paul stated the part was not available but it would defiantly be fixed 4 days later (Monday), no call or update I therefore contacted the garage for an updated and

The team at Hillside were really friendly and approachable which I appreciated as I had a lot of questions having only recently started driving again. The car was in great clean condition when I bought it too. Sounds a bit weird to say but they were really professional and not pushy either which I really liked because I've had problems with that before when I've gone to garages/dealerships alone.

Good selection of vehicles in our £5-6K bracket. Visited a couple of times and they obviously have a good turnover of stock which is what you want if you can't see what you are looking for first time around. My daughter purchased a Renault which she is delighted with. No hard sell , friendly staff, good selection what's not too like. Two months later visited again a couple of times, this time for the other half. Again same process and another purchase this time a Toyota. Happy wife makes for a happy life, thanks Hillside Motors !

Bought my car about 3 weeks ago. Unfortunately it broke down on me last night so I had to get it towed by The AA to the dealership in the middle of the night as I knew I had extended warranty. Whilst waiting for recovery someone hit my car as they tried to get around me and scraped all along the wheel arch and drove off leaving black marks of their car and took some of my paint off in the process too ☹️.
Left my keys through the Dealership letter box to give them a call in the morning. By the time I got through Paul had said that the car was already being sorted at the garage. 3 hours later
