After purchasing a vehicle from AMC Motor Solutions I have had problems with the air-con blowing out hot air. After getting the Air-con re-gassed the problem came back 3 weeks later. I was told by my local garage that this is because of a leak in the air-con unit. When I contacted the warranty company, I was told that they could not find my details on their system. After contacting AMC Motor Solutions, I now have been added to the warranty

I bought a car from these guys just before Christmas. It only had a couple of months left on it's MOT and they offered to get a full year put on. I took it back to them this morning and by this evening it's all covered for a year. The car is great, perfect for what I need. Bought a low mileage golf cabriolet from AMC the car was 17 years old so had a few niggles when I went to see it. Vic was great he got the things sorted and contacted me when the jobs were done he was honest about the car and gave a great service very happy with the excellent service given from a great family business would definitely buy from them again.

The process of purchasing and delivery of the car was good and the people delivering were very polite and took their time to answer any questions. However, it has been a MONTH and I'm still waiting for a receipt to be sent to my email after constantly asking for it. All I got was, "Give me until tomorrow morning and I'll get it sorted' again and again. I got tired of asking but don't expect to get a receipt for your purchase and I wonder what else other people are still waiting for. Poor service.
