The guys here are one of the best dealers I have ever dealt with. No pressure, super quick with communication and I am super happy with my Lexus.

My son bought a car back in Summer 2016 and a few weeks later, the gearbox became defective. Not wanting a confrontation and being unaware of his rights, he spent just under £3,000 (far more than the car’s worth) in total attempting to repair the car before having it scrapped. He noted he was informed that the car can be parked just with the gearbox with no need to use the parking brake. These actions actually weaken the transmission components and place them under enormous strain.
On the upside, he did rated the kindness, no pressure environment, professionalism, and care very highly. Personally

Do not I repeat do not buy a trade sale car of these..I had mine less than 3 weeks then everything went wrong with it costing me over £1500,I contacted them and they acted all innocent and didnt even have the decency to help out in anyway.now I'm left with an unsafe car which I had my kids in and a massive garage bill.

Lovely family business that made us feel very welcome! Ended up purchasing a honda accord which was well worth the money. Car was immaculate inside and out and has just flown through the mot again! Would definitely recommend this company not just for their stock but for their helpful and straight talking attitudes.
