Sales Department go above and beyond, to find a car. Tracey was exemplary, she tried so hard to find the right specification for me, I was genuinely sorry that I could not close a deal with her. I would certainly use Newton Honda again.

No negotiation on a used car price, ended up buying from motorpoint in Birmingham and I'm so glad I did. Gave them the opportunity to price match and still refused, such a pity really would rather support local dealers then buy from far away. 1 star for test drive, 1 star for Terry he was 👍

Need a used car even if its not a Honda just ask them, they found me the perfect Hyundai Tucson so happy!! Much better service than other showrooms and the car was in better condition than others I had seen so was happy to pay just that little bit more.

As always I would give them stars, as their customer service is second to none. It does help that I pay into a service plan and that may help. But they haven't tried to sell me anything I didn't want to buy so am very pleased. Polite, quick and helpful, plus my car passed it's MOT!!! Thank you Newton

Very helpful, coffee, had test drive, just needed driving licence for the test drive, hybrid CR-V honda fantastic machine! Although it took me a good few minutes to get it to move. thanks to all the staff.

Newton honda have (hands down) the best customer service of any company ive known. I have a service plan with them and needed an mot done too. They picked it up from my house and dropped it off. I booked it with the services manager philip and his customer service is outstanding. However iv been with honda for about 9 years now and their public relations are always perfect. I cant see myself ever switching to anyone else

For 3 years Newton Honda has been our garage of choice to service our Suburu Outback & MX5 Roadster The attitude of all the staff is helpful, friendly, professional. 3 weeks ago, due to changing circumstances,… we ordered a New Honda Jazz to replace our MX5. The car was delivered 2 weeks ago on time. The excellent service we have become used to from this dealership again excelled itself in the process of purchasing our new Honda. The car has exceeded all expectations & as a dealership we can thoroughly recommend them.

I bought a car from Newton a couple of months ago, got a good deal on the car; however they got my name wrong on the v5 form incorrectly which took the shine off what seemed like an alright customer experience to that point...!

This is first time I have used this company, and the service excellent. More then happy to use them on a regular basis from now on. Will definitely recommend others to take their cars there for service or mot.
