Currently laid in bed (00:18)listening to the event take place 2 floors below me only to phone reception to find out the event is going on till 2 am. Not accepteble. Very irresponsible to have a hotel fully booked and allow and event till such a time with bass so loud. Update spoke with reception seems they have had quite a few complaints

I cannot name a single thing that was satisfactory in this hotel. The building inside is dirty and worn, there are dirt patches everywhere on the walls and the carpet, the staff is unprofessional and rude, there is hardly any mobile signal, indoor wifi does not work and when it finally connects then it is super slow. The breakfast is by order, which you have to wait for 15 min to receive it cold, and when you ask the waiter about the bread she simply just ignores you. The place is away from everything, still noisy and the interior of the room is just like a prison where there is no place for your

Stayed here for one night when attending a wedding nearby. Staff were lovely and it seemed clean enough, if a little worn in places.
Food and drinks were nice enough. Plenty of safe parking on site and we’ll positioned not far off major routes.
My issue was the bed was so hard I couldn’t sleep so wouldn’t visit again. Sorry.

Whenever I go visit my family in England I stay at this hotel!
The hotel is modern, for the most part clean and expensive!
The location to my family is awesome and they have a onsite restaurant which serves good food!!
The downside is this hotel is next to a business park so you tend to get the business type trying to impress their staff or the guests!!
Place is good overall!

I think these folks have the luxury of being the only modern hotel in the area.
Nice building well signposted.
BUT...
The staff are poorly trained, to say the least. Bar staff didn't have a clue, and even less when it came to serving breakfast. The waitress, who brought me the wrong breakfast order, asked me if I was sure I ordered what I ordered from her... I mean, seriously?? At the bar she really had no idea of any of the spirits or how to pour a drink - the lime slices were brown and manky around the edges and had clearly been cut days earlier. And the music in the bar was so loud we

Very much a business orientated hotel this one located in the corner of a business park, whose resident businesses provide the majority of the custom. The facade is impressively modern, with black shiny cladding, awhooshy, Star Trek stylee automatic doors, and moody modern lighting. Plus points: - clean and tidy

We stayed here on our wedding night.
The rooms are all the same price and for the exceptional quality, good value.
The hotel has a fantastic contemporary style and i just loved it. It has a slight industrial feel to it with all exposed pipe work and ducts.
The room was beautiful, in dark chocolates. the bed wa o comfortable i just didnt want to get up. and the bath room was lovely, with nice toiletries.
Breakfast was also really delicous and well cooked.
