Helen's journey into natural health began during her formative years, which were rooted with a strong connection to nature. Growing up in rural countryside, wild and exploring hedgerows, woodlands, and stars, Helen felt a freedom being with nature, which seemed to offer glimpses of solitude and peace, despite any challenges elsewhere in life.
Evolving through a rich philosophical history, modern day practice of Yoga often translates as movement and breathing practices carried out with conscious awareness. The purpose of this is to create a sense of the unity between body and mind, removing obstacles between us and our innate calm and stillness, and allowing us to realise our true inner potential.
A herb walk to connect with the abundance of nature, learn to tune into our intuition, and discover the medicinal virtues of plants. Had an absolutely brilliant day recently attending the workshop at Chagford community gardens. Loads of information, very inclusive and masses of enthusiasm and knowledge.
I asked help to Helen for some pain and stiffness I had in neck, spine and shoulders that I was having since many years. The massage was deep yet at the same time very gentle. After first massage I felt my shoulders more opened and the spine relaxed. I had a total of 5 massages with Helen and every time, as my back opened more and more, the work was going deeper, relaxing and freeing deep seated tensions.

Wonderful yoga classes with Helen, really explains the postures well and extremely relaxed, friendly classes. Also had a Thai massage and absolutely incredible! And very generous with her time, which is lovely given that massages are not cheap, so when you pay for a 90 minute massage and get a little extra it is a very nice touch. Couldn't have been better, really knowledgeable in both yoga and massage! Thank you Helen.
