Services
Osteopathy is best known for the diagnosis and treatment of back and neck pain, however, it is able to help you with a whole host of conditions. It is a safe effective treatment for all age groups, making it suitable for both adults and children.

Osteopaths are experts in the treatment and management of musculoskeletal pain (pain from the muscles, bones, and joints) and seek to treat the underlying cause as well as the symptoms of pain and discomfort.Ultimately, it is the goal of the osteopath to get you out of pain and guide you back to optimum health so that you can continue to function as normal in your daily life.
Medical acupuncture (dry needling) is a type of acupuncture only to be administered by qualified physicians and is used specifically for the treatment and management of muscle, bone and joint pain. It is used to stimulate the body's own healing response and accelerate the innate healing mechanism, by stimulating blood flow, reducing areas of tightness, inflammation and pain.
Something I often humour my patients with is that they have a personal enemy number one, gravity! This really is a conversation I enjoy as it opens their eyes to how we have to negotiate gravity on a daily basis, from watching Netflix to doing a pull up at the gym. For us, time passes by quickly and all the while, gravity is having an effect on our bodies.
Both Yoga and Osteopathy aim to restore balance of the mind, body and spirit. Therefore, Osteopaths often recommend yoga to their patients to complement the affects of osteopathic treatment. In addition, those who regularly practice yoga often present to the clinic with a new onset of pain or dysfunction that they discover during their regular practice.
Simply put, a fracture (or broken bone), is a partial or complete break to a bone or cartilage. The healing time may depend largely on the extent and type of the fracture, however, all fractures follow a similar process of healing. Dealing with injury of any kind can be a difficult and frustrating process, and learning to rest and let nature take its course can be a challenge, especially to those of us who are ordinarily very active!

Cannot rate Ben highly enough. Ben is not only affable, always putting his patients at ease, but also extremely knowledgeable with a genuine passion for what he does. Ben truly listening to his patients, knowing what is needed but never pushing your body too far; just enough. Ben is also excellent at explaining where the pain is radiating from & how the body works, plus providing excellent stretching exercises to help me manage my body between sessions.
Hannah is also super star. I was struggling with back/hip pain, could not sleep, on pain killers and limping when I was first referred to an Osteopath

Cannot recommend Hannah highly enough. Having been unable to run without a painful knee for weeks she resolved the issue after the first session. I am a complete non skeptic when it comes to treatments like dry needling / acupuncture but after one session have completely changed my mind! Thank you, regular customer from now on and a happy knee :)

Was treated in late summer this year for severe pain in my back and neck. Two treatments later and I was back to normal. Brilliant service and handled covid requirements brilliantly, felt very safe. Would recommend if you are new to Osteopath treatments, as I was.

My teenage son had a painful pinching sensation in his back that restricted his ability to squat and a shoulder injury which meant that he couldn't reach above his head. Hannah was quick to diagnose the issue and within the first appointment he received immediate treatment for his shoulder so that he could raise his arm above his head without discomfort, and after following the home exercises she suggested and a further 2 sessions of treatment he can now squat again and is pain free. Hannah is personable, professional and obviously knows her stuff. I highly recommend her.

My mother suffers badly from rheumatoid arthritis and sometimes is in such pain that she can’t leave the house so I was desperate to seek help for her.
After many visits to her GP and lots of medication that didn’t seem to help they suggested that she visited an osteopath to help.
A friend of mine recommended Hannah Whitcombe at Osteopathy West London so after persuading my stubborn mother we booked an appointment and received some regular treatment.
Hannah is so understanding in this subject and made my mother feel welcome and relaxed throughout and after several treatments although it’s

I've had increasing lower back pain for nearly a year and finally took the plunge for help. After just 3 sessions Sara has, somehow, removed most my pain and stiffness. I am a believer now convinced by a great Osteopath, Sara Castoldi.

I have had ongoing lower back problems for a year and after my first session with Hannah I could feel a marked difference. Hannah explains your treatment plan and gives you clear idea of achievement for improvement. I highly recommend her. Before going to see anyone see her first!
Her fees are also very reasonable - Money well spent!
