Sholeh Fadami, DO is the owner of the Ealing Osteopath. She graduated from the British School of Osteopathy in 1989 and is registered with the General osteopathic council (GOsC). She has an interest in treating sports injuries and was the resident osteopath at Holmes Place sports club (now known as Nuffield Health Club) in Ealing for many years.
Osteopaths look at the body as an interactive system of social, mental, emotional and physical parts intrinsically linked via the musculo-skeletal system. They therefore take into account every factor in a patient's life rather than just addressing the symptoms, this therefore makes their outlook very holistic.
Sholeh Fadami is an extremely professional osteopath with a true gift. She is able to get to the root cause of a problem with her intuitive skilled and caring approach. I have been treated by Sholeh Fadami over the past 17 years as I have a couple of injuries from my youth that have had a long-term impact.
Frequently asked questions about osteopathy and osteopathic treatment at Ealing Osteopath. Osteopathy is a patient-centred, system of healthcare. Listen and ask questions about your problem, your general health, other medical care you are receiving or medication you are taking, and record this in your case notes.
Your osteopathic consultation will involve a detailed assessment in order to make a clinical diagnosis and select the appropriate treatment. This knowledge enables them to analyse your problem and diagnose your complaints and conditions using a variety of clinical skills, backed up where necessary by x-rays and other tests.
