Satyananda Yoga Centre Birmingham
Wouldn't it be great to live your life immune from the enveloping stress of modern times? Installing a regular yoga practice based on weekly classes with one of our SYC teachers is a great way to get there. Satyananda Yoga really is accessible to all! It is ideal for complete beginners - regardless of age, fitness, ability or experience.

A safe, sure, non-competitive way for anyone to improve their physical - and emotional - fitness. Yoga isn't exercise. Because in yoga we work slowly and with awareness in postures and we coordinate breathing with movement. Yoga also involves breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation or meditation techniques.

We continue to provide classes at different levels at various locations across the West Midlands. We normally ask that students who are new to Satyananda Yoga join a beginners class for a short time at least, in order to learn the fundamentals of this system before progressing to more challenging courses.
