Many people who want to practice yoga or learn more about it turn to YouTube. However, the best way to learn is in person from an experienced yoga teacher.

There are plenty of instructors all across the country, so investigate what they offer and find someone who is local for you. Unlock your true flexibility, range of motion and joint mobility as well as reduce muscle resistance which in turn will increase strength. Circulate your life force energy through your body.
Services
You will be taken on a yoga journey, at your own pace. Where you will explore individual aspects of yoga depending on your intentions, which could be physical, mental, emotional or spiritual, or a combination. The Gentle Rebel, founder of Movement & Mind, takes teaching very seriously, however his classes are very welcoming and light-hearted.
Sitting down pretending to be all 'Zen', hiding from your problems, procrastinating, imagining you're some kind of spiritual guru. So each morning, they set an intention that they would do the best they could, so that the sun doesn't waste it's one and only valuable day! I've recently increased the amount of time I spend meditating and I'm feeling a shift in consciousness.

I started Yoga with Andy for flexibility and strength but I got so much more. A truly eye opening experience and excellent yoga of course.
