Today his great-grandsons, brothers Crispin and Simon Fuggle, are still independent and directing funerals, based at the same premises in Tenterden. Thank you for visiting our website. We hope it will be of help but should you have any questions or sadly need our services, please don't hesitate to contact us.

There are some things for you to consider and we'll be happy to discuss these with you in a calm and compassionate manner. Will it be a burial or cremation? If it's a burial, do you have a grave and if so where is it and what is the grave number? If it's a cremation, which crematorium would you like to use?
Services
Our Services start when you contact us and often extend way beyond the day of the funeral. During those first difficult hours when you first contact us, we need to ask you some preliminary questions i.e., did the deceased die at home, in a private nursing home or in hospital? Once we have our answers, we will then advise on the conveyance of the deceased to our private Chapel of Rest.
It is our intention at all times to give families a complete total cost of each type of Funeral available. We promise to extend the same personal high standard of service to each family. This charge represents a high proportion of our total Funeral charges.

It includes: making all necessary arrangements for Cremation or Burial, provision of all necessary Staff, obtaining Statutory Forms, preparing and attending to all essential documentation, making and receiving all necessary telephone calls and arranging for the attendance of the Minister at the Funeral Service.
Grief is a shocking and bewildering experience and not something to be 'got over' in a matter of weeks or months. Grief is a long and individual process, and no two people ever experience it in the same way. There is no pressure on you to feel fine. This is time to concentrate on being strong for you and not just for the people surrounding you who have their own grief to deal with.
Across the sky flashed scenes from his life. For each scene, he noticed two sets of footprints in the sand: one belonging to him, and the other to the Lord. When the last scene of his life flashed before him, he looked back at the footprints in the sand. He noticed that many times along the path of his life, that there was only one set of footprints.
Set in 15 acres of countryside you can be part of a new English wood that will be protected from development, within the South Downs National Park. Opened in 2008 below the Jack and Jill Windmills, the beautiful site has various dedicated areas for natural burial and cremated remains, as well as memorial scattering lawns, surrounded by native trees for future generations to enjoy.

Report
My mother-in-law passed away recently and the family were obviously devastated. Whichever way you look at it, it's a just a grim time all round and people are just left on their knees trying to cope with the grief, whilst also having to make arrangements they would rather not have to. It occurred to me then just how much of an art there is to the Funeral Director's services, and how important it is to get it right. At every stage of the process, Fuggles were simply immense - there's no other way to describe it. All of them were immaculate, solid, in control, sympathetic and compassionate. They
