Unfortunately, having promised the owner we would book the venue for new year and offering the deposit, the venue was booked by other people; the owner went back on his word to get a quick booking. A real shame. The reason we were unable to book at the time of the phone call was because we wanted to visit the venue first, but unfortunately were unable to make that viewing due to a tragic loss to our family. The owner knew this and still let the new booking request become actioned. After a rather tough start to the year we were looking forward to seeing the new year through with our close family

Hard to describe the slap-dash the unprofessional attitude of the owners and the quality of the premises. When we first saw the website, we were really excited to take the place for a family holiday and emailed for a quote. We were told that the normal price would be £2,400 per night, however as we wanted it for 2 weeks we could have it for £1,900 per night. We wrote back saying that we wouldn't be taking it for that price as it was beyond our budget and after asking us how much we would pay, they agreed to give it to us for £892.86 per night. This obviously set alarm bells ringing and one of

I should have read the other reviews to save myself a lot of time.
After agreeing a price for staying at the Cannigton Grange for 2 weeks, we decided to go have a look at the place before making a payment, as we have some disabled family members and wanted to make sure that this is suitable for them. I drove down all the way from London to see the property and meet the owners who assured me that they will send me confirmation the next day. But just like the others here, they never got back to me neither did they respond to my emails or phone calls.
The property itself had nice grounds but the

We were actually really looking forward for our holiday's, Andrew made it sound great but as we arrived we realised that the pictures on the website were taken many years ago but on reality it wasn't as described, cracked walls.,disgusting carpet, damp around the windows, and smelly towels and linen.
The price wasn't cheap at all,so I would suggest AVOID! You can find much nicer holiday houses for better price

I stayed at the Cannington Grange for the bank holiday weekend with a group of friends for a get together and everyone absolutely loved the property. I really liked the old feel to the property and thought it was part of its charm. Andrew was very helpful in the buildup to the weekend and always answered my calls which was really useful. I would 100% recommend and I plan to stay there again in the future.

Absolutely amazing place. We had the place for ourselves, big group, so were able to enjoy all the amenities.
Stunning place with really gorgeous rooms. Our room had a king size four poster bed. The main house has a big hall and they provide table and chairs to so everyone could eat together. Lovely pool with jacuzzi. There was also a sauna room but we weren’t able to use it. The games room was a hit with the kids. Absolutely enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again in the future.
