All pupils to become socially and emotionally intelligent, as well as academically, so they can access all learning and life opportunities, now and in the future. I work closely with our Governors to set a clear vision and ethos to raise the attainment and standards for all our pupils. I am proud to say that, alongside all stakeholders of the school, we have established a happy and positive school where everyone is valued and respected.
Our ethos is based on being honest and trustworthy and establishing a collaborative approach so that pupils, parents and staff are fully involved in the life of the school. Speaking on behalf of the Governors and staff we consider it a true privilege to be able to educate your children - we understand the trust you place in us and we take that very seriously as we strive to maintain high standards and expectations in all areas of school life.

At Manor Field School we believe that all children should be given the opportunity to experience a high quality history education. As a result we have developed an exciting new curriculum which puts History teaching and learning right at its centre.
Throughout their time at Manor Field, children will experience a variety of different hands-on, practical activities, which include theme days to provide children with opportunities to empathise with people from the past allowing them to make comparisons with their own lives as well as providing a history rich curriculum for that term.

We are a three form entry school, with three classes in Foundation Stage, six classes in Key Stage One and six classes in Lower as well as Upper Key Stage Two. Each unit houses five classrooms arranged around a central area which accommodates a computer suite, enabling technology to be used as an integral aspect of learning.
We place great importance on the values of being trustworthy, honest and polite as well as creating a warm, welcoming and happy environment where all stakeholders are respected and valued. The values below are used in assemblies to promote their true meaning and to encourage children to demonstrate the values in the daily life in and outside of school.
I have had a long association with Manor Field and the school is very dear to my heart. 2017 saw lots of changes. We welcomed our current Head Teacher, Miss Bailey and together we have focused on bringing teaching up to scratch, improving systems of behaviour within the school and providing a challenging environment for learning where children move forward.
