Beyond all standard eye examinations, our registered optometrist is trained and experienced in treating vision conditions such as binocular dysfunction, convergence insufficiency, strabismus (squint), amblyopia (lazy eye), accommodative (eye focusing) dysfunction, oculomotor (eye-tracking) dysfunction, visual perceptual and visual integrative dysfunction, learning disabilities such as dyslexia, post-concussion vision syndrome, or vision problems following a traumatic brain injury (TBI) or stroke.

Stevenson Jones Opticians was established roughly 70 years ago. After moving to three different sites in its history, the practice finally settled in 1980 in its current location. John Stevenson - optometrist and managing director - took ownership of the practice in 2008 and has over 25 years of experience working in optometry.
