Hello my name is Angie Doig-Thorne and I originate from York. Having worked within the fitness industry for over 20 years as an Internationally qualified Personal Trainer, and over 12 years as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and EFT Practitioner - my unique background and experience enable me to offer a hugely successful combination for health and fitness of both mind and body.

The Easibirthing course consists of 6 Hypnotherapy sessions where you will learn, self hypnosis, relaxation, visualisation and breathing techniques to prepare you mentally and physically for the birth of your child.You will be taught how to use hypnosis for pain management skills and you will learn to trust your body, so that when you go into labour you will feel calm, confident and importantly in control.

I can’t quite believe the difference in how I feel now.
I was feeling massively overwhelmed, frantic and fed up. The overwhelm came from trying to do too much and letting work and family life get on top of me. This then led to feelings of low confidence, anxiety, frustration and worthlessness. I was so ‘busy’ that life felt like trying to plough through thick fog and even the simplest of tasks was monumental. I’ve suffered from episodes of anxiety since I was 17. I’ve tried various types of therapies with some success but the overwhelm always manages to creep back and I’m back to square

Angie is amazing! She has helped me over come some issues I have been dealing with for quite a few years, all in just three sessions. Angie is genuinely interested in helping you, she is sympathetic, understanding and caring. Angie gives you techniques that can be used at home when you no longer see her. She has given me the confidence to to enjoy life, I am very much calm, confident and in control and feel a completely different person since seeing Angie.
