After years of hating gyms and never making any progress, I have finally found somewhere that I love going to and have stuck at for 2 and a half years now! Cathy, Mitch and all of the staff are so lovely and welcoming and the progress I have made from The Treadmill has been life changing. Great family run gym.
Lovely atmosphere and all the members and staff really friendly. All the equipment you need in a gym, classes every night included in your monthly package. Brilliant gym and genuinely lovely owners, its one of those gyms where you can workout and never feel intimidated. For the first time in my life i actually enjoy going to the gym and love the atmosphere here.

Services
A pass that's ideal if you're looking for a short term gym membership, that only lasts 1 month. A pass allowing you access to the gym that lasts for 1 week - classes are not included with this pass. Single 1 hour sessions are available for those aged 14 & 15 (not including free weights area) at 2.00 per session, and have to be out of the gym by 5pm.
High intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training with short bursts of explosive exercise followed by recovery periods. This training with ab work thrown in is a great way to burn body fat and tone up!. Our circuit class is a great way to get fit - with different exercises back to back, you're guaranteed a full body workout like no other!.

Great Local Gym!!
Mitch is a great motivational personal trainer, I cannot recommended him enough.
I have been seeing him now for just 6 weeks and have lost 2" off my waste (36" to 34"), and just under 1kg a week (96kg to 91.5kg).
There is no silly diet plan, just a tailored calorie intake and an app to help you record what you've eaten. In my case I struggle to eat my daily allowance!
If that's not enough of a recommendation my final thing to say is that they have regular everyday people coming here, not gym posers who - let's be honest - can put you off wanting to go to a gym.
