I've been a member at this gym for three years now and while I have had several quite bitter disagreements with the management team, I cannot fault the knowledge and experience of the personal trainers. It doesn't matter which personal trainer you ask, they are all highly qualified. They also have personal trainers that are experienced with dealing with sports and physical injuries and can give you advice and what exercises you can do to help.
It's a tiny gym compared to many others and yes, it is more expensive than others, but it's obvious why they need to charge more.

Im new to gym life but all the staff at PJ's have been amazing. From the trainers to the receptionist everybody has been so warm and welcoming. The best decision i have ever made was joining PJ's Gym. Would highly recommend to any to any of my friends and family as well as anybody contemplating joining a gym.

I can not recommend this place enough. The staff are really friendly and helpful. It's family run so you get a great service. There are loads of classes to choice from. They will help you with diet, weight loss if you want it. Really encourage you to do well. There is a crèche too for children upto 8 years. It's excellent the staff there are so lovely. Xx

They show you around but do not give you a trial which I think is unfair. I signed up and got stuck for a year.The mat exercise place is too small for a gym and the opening time on weekends and evenings doesn't help either. On the other hand staff is very helpful and friendly so the two stars are for them not for the facility and charges as its not worth it.
