I don't know what kept me away so long! From the parking to the intelligence of the staff, it's fantastic. The information they give you in the 1-2-1 sessions really do work and I've only been in the gym for a few days! I tell everybody they should come, it's so good and staff are friendly. I visited a few gyms in the local area and The Curve had beaten all of the gyms in terms of cleanliness and the staff here are so welcoming and friendly.
I've toned up and strengthened up with my cardio levels. I feel so much healthier and happier. Having a 1-2-1 was an eye opener as I have never been taught how to use machines correctly before. Thank you Curve. I've been to the gym for a week and already seen results. I couldn't even walk down the stairs without taking them with 2 feet on each step and now I can already walk down stairs normally and move my joints more.

Ladies if you're thinking of joining The Curve Gym, please read. Talk to existing users. The atmosphere in the gym is appalling because of the aggression and intimidation by the new management towards gym users. Put aside the fact that the taps are broken, and water is leaking from the ceiling. Maintenance of equipment is non existent, and the equipment is outdated. I wouldn't be surprised if the staff are being bullied too. Why am I still there? Unfortunately my membership doesn't end till September and then I'm off to Listers Health. Wouldn’t even give this gym one star if I had an option
Rang the lady on the day of signing up for my membership saying I want to cancel it I gave her a valid reason and she said she’ll cancel then after a month I got an letter saying they gave my name to this debt company and that I owe them £50 which was outrageous because I didn’t even attend the gym and I get charged. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THE GYM!!!!!

A really lovely gym, however the opening hours are just not enough. And when there is Eid, being open only from 10-2 is just a bit silly. Especially for those who work and can only come early in the morning. My membership finishes in September and as comfortable as it has been here, I need a gym that opens at 6am because my job requires me to set off at the crack of dawn. Since starting my new job, I have only been able to go a few times a week and it has been a very quick half an hour workout. I just don't feel satisfied. I wish curve all the best!
