Newly refurbished, the gym boasts amazing cardio facilities, a strength training gym downstairs with new strength/plate loaded equipment, a ladies only gym area, classes & studio space. Our friendly and fully qualified staff are always happy to help new/existing members and would love to show you around if you are considering joining. In addition to the gym facilities, both changing rooms include a sauna as well showers and lockers whilst the ladies also includes FREE hair dryers.

Our Hoodies are made from air spun yarn for a softer anti-pill feel, double lined hood and matching draw string, pouch pocket and twin needle stitching.
