Being relatively new to the area, we wanted to find a new optician. We couldn't have found a better place. Really friendly and helpful receptionists. A good start! We both needed eye tests and I needed new contact lenses. We both saw Pritpal and what a knowledgeable, friendly and helpful man he is. Very thorough and explained everything in detail. Both of us could thoroughly recommend this excellent opticians. Many thanks.

After having experienced a horrendous service at Charnleys/Bayfields in Leamington I decided to go to BS Breakwell in Warwick. Pitpal is amazing and took time to listen to my concerns and took time to do the test as my eyes are sensitive to change. My Varifocal lenses are perfect!!! The customer service is great. Thank you to Pritpal, Helen and Geraldine. If I could give BS Breakwell a 10/10 I would. Will definitely recommend this opticians to anyone.

Such a friendly, professional Practice. I had a few questions to ask during my eye test and Pritpal explained everything thoroughly to me which really put my mind at rest. Nothing was too much! Such a vast range of glasses too. We love supporting local, and we'll definitely continue using B S Breakwell.

We have been going to Breakwells for 7 years. They were recommended to me as my daughter has Irlens syndrome which is a condition affecting her eyes and she sees distorted shapes/ patterns of written text. She has been kitted out with coloured lenses to help her read. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and I highly recommend them

Moving to Warwick and not knowing anyone or anywhere in the town, I set out to find a good optometrist.
Breakwell's was one of the first ones that I came across. On my very first visit, I realized that something was different. The time, effort and patience involved with those visits are amazing.
Pritpal is very thorough and keeps you informed as he goes along. He managed to answer some questions for me which I totally forgot to ask.
This is definitely high-class service.

Had my eye test with Pritpal who is very thorough and knowledgeable. Needed to go back for a visual fields test and he was very patient and explained the results. Good range of frames but no pressure to purchase. The reception staff and the rest of the team are very helpful.

After dabbling with online sellers and with chain stores I have found the quality to be substandard and the service is DIY at best. My visits to Breakwell Optometrists was a breath of fresh air, choosing my glasses was very easy they listened to what I wanted made recommendations and that suited my style and within a few minutes (which is a record for me as I can be quite indecisive sometimes) I had chosen a pair of glasses that I am very happy with.

Excellent service very knowledgeable staff . There is no pressure to buy expensive frames etc. The after service is very good too. I took my son who has had eye problems In the past this was picked up straightaway in the examination. Would highly recommend them to anyone . Worth the trip from coventry.

The team here look after you and all your optical needs. The lady who does the eye test is very friendly and professional. The receptionist is very helpful and the gentleman who looks after the sales of frames is great in helping you choose a pair right for you. I will be coming back when another eye test is due.
