My name is Naomi and I've been teaching Yoga in Bristol since 2004. I have been practicing Yoga since I was young. My mother is a yoga teacher, which created early awareness of the practice and my interest has deepened over the years. In 2003, I decided to take a British Wheel of Yoga foundation course which led me to study for a BWY diploma in teaching yoga at the Life Centre in London.
It's very important to us that you feel relaxed and safe whilst practicing in our class. Everyday Yoga is following the current guidelines and only allowing a limited number students in the class to allow social distancing. Please note that the class will be streamed live online for students unable to attend in person.
Don't worry if you've never practiced yoga before as everyone was once a beginner and there are always new pupils joining. If you would like to speak to me about any issue around starting then please feel free to get in touch. If you're not comfortable to begin in a group class or have personal requirements, you may like to consider having a private lesson instead.
Private tuition provides focused attention for developing your practice and is great for beginners and those with particular health requirements. It can also provide a higher level of training for intermediate and advanced yoga practitioners. I can also teach you how to establish and develop your home practice safely.
