I have worked in hospitality for over 20 years and I have never worked with an Epos systemprovider who's customer service is this bad. I've had a technical issue with my till for days now. I tried calling 11 times phone rings off as nobody can be bothered to answer the phone tried there message board on the website never got reply after waiting over 1 hour when they state response times is a few minutes.
worst support and customer service from a provider I've ever had.
would not recommend this company to anyone. im now moving all my sites over to Epos Now.

Not a good system for high volume bars.
Mis-sold a system for smaller restaurants.
Attempts to get our epos consistently functional has been going on since install (18 months).
Sales lost, great frustration.
Purchased at outset (perhaps the problem).
Avoid unless a small operation.
Regarding tech remote services, good (when you get hold of someone). Should not have to use this service quite so often.

I’ve been dealing with pointOne EPoS since I started in business over 15yrs ago. They are a very professional company and know exactly what a retailer or restauranter needs from their EPoS systems. Also they realize the needs and urgency that problems need to be dealt with.
Their support systems, both software and hardware, are excellent and any problems can usually be sorted online with the technicians working remotely online from their call centre. The tech lines usually answer within 10 rings which is re-assuring as when there is problems usually the customer is waiting so you need a quick
