The Castell Report

The Castell-y-Bwch ('Buck's Castle') is a family-run pub and restaurant situated in the rural area of Henllys, Cwmbrn. This traditional country pub promises a warm, homely atmosphere where all are welcome and food is served all day. The Castell is managed by Bev and Bill. You will no doubt see Bev around the Castell or in the fields nearby tending to her horses.

The Chef Report

He has over 24 years experience in the catering industry and he even had the honour, in 2008, of cooking for Her Majesty The Queen. He has also worked in a variety of establishments over his 24 year career. The most notable of these being the fine dining restaurants @Adams - near The Gower and The Mermaid Bar & Restaurant - which is also in Swansea.
