Wellington Health & Fitness Club is a well established leisure facility that has approximately 2,500 members. The Club is set within the beautiful Wellington College and offers fantastic opportunities to improve your wellbeing and quality of life. Wellington Health & Fitness club cafe is the social hub of the Club that serves up snacks and drinks with free WiFi access.
All classes will take place in one of our studio's, any class highlighted in red will also be live streamed Via 'Team Up'. Please only use 'Team Up' to book onto a live stream class if you wish to participate at home. Booking Via Team Up will not reserve you a space to participate at the club. Off peak Gold Members are subject to a non-member fee outside of their membership.
Good old fashioned Aerobics with easy to follow routines, classic moves like the grapevine. With high and low impact variations in intensity. A water based class, low impact. Using the resistance of water this workout is 45 minutes of cardio vascular exercise with strength and toning all the major muscles using the woggle.
It's important that you can feel confident your little one can enjoy the water safely, so why not get in touch to ask about our swimming lessons? They are suitable for children aged between four and 14, and are run on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays. Our swimming lessons are run by fully qualified instructors and cover Beginners, Improvers 1, Improvers 2, Advanced & Rookie Lifeguard.
As well as providing a great place to enjoy year-round tennis, Wellington Health & Fitness Club is also the perfect place for budding players to improve their court skills with our tennis lessons. Our course programme follows the LTA (Lawn Tennis Association) structure. The course is based on age rather than playing and skill ability until they reach the Blue stage.
