Before you run a mile at the sound of the word 'Bootcamp' let me assure you there are no hard-nosed, military instructors waiting to hurl abuse and humiliate you.

For starters a qualified personal trainer NOT the devil incarnate runs each session, because we know from experience that if you don't enjoy your exercise then you will never complete the course but if your fitness is fun then you have every chance of success. Listen: It doesn't matter if you need to lose a lot of weight, your baby weight or even that last 10lbs, whatever your fitness need we guarantee your results or your money back.

Lets be honest, if you only have to pay when you turn up to train then what's to stop you slacking off if you are a bit hard-up one week, or a bit tired, or even hung-over? We are in the business of bringing you CLEAR and SIGNIFICANT RESULTS and training once a week or only when you feel like it does not achieve great results.
There is free parking and toilet facilities. You can mix and match between any session, choose whether you want to train in the morning before work or in the evening after work. Some people are just not ready to invest in their health and wellbeing, and others are just scared of the whole idea of 'boot camp'.
The beauty of Reading boot camps is you work at your own ability, no matter your ability no one gets left behind. It is our job to get you fitter, lose body fat and most importantly enjoy the experience at your pace. Nearly everyone feels like that at first! But nothing is more inspiring than working out with like-minded individuals wanting to achieve the same goal.

I’ve always found it difficult motivating myself but my Jemma Barham my Inspiring Fitness instructor makes the sessions so interesting that I now look forward to exercising! I’ve been taught how to optimize my workouts for the most effective results and feeling fitter and healthier has had an all round positive effect on my life. The nutritional advice I have received has also had a huge impact on my diet and I have more energy and confidence. I would wholeheartedly recommend my Inspiring fitness instructor to anyone looking to lose weight and get fit or simply wanting a boost to feel healthier

Jemma helped me to reach my half marathon PB this year. She has helped me to improve my time by 4 minutes! She prepared me well for this both physically and mentally. She offered me fantastic support and guidance throughout my training and I am very grateful.
