Services
This is a self-contained apartment equipped with kitchenette, 6 foot (super-king) sized bed, comfortable seating in front of the wall-mounted TV and en-suite bathroom. The entrance to Near is on the left (it is the nearest to the main building) but otherwise there is little to choose between the two.
The Coasthopper Bus service stops by the Jolly Sailors and can be used for taking you to and from wonderful walks on the North Norfolk Coast. Here is a link to the Coastliner website. Brancaster Beach is a popular place to enjoy the outdoors but the road goes through the tidal salt marsh and it is not advisable to drive there when the tide is likely to be over the road, or the road is going to be wet with corrosive saltwater.

Our stay at Brancaster Stays was wonderful! The accommodation was perfect - comfortable and immaculately clean. Jude was a lovely host - so friendly and welcoming. Special touches like freshly baked cakes and breakfast ingredients being supplied made the stay eve more enjoyable. Would high recommend and plan to stay another time.

Jude and Thomas are the perfect hosts and their accomodation is of a very high standard with an exceptional eye to detail. We spent four happy days at Brancaster Stays and felt very relaxed. The included breakfast provisions, which were varied and delicicious, gave us the perfect start each day. There was also a lovely welcoming surprise of two freshly baked scones when we arrived. We shall certainly choose Brancaster Stays when we are next holidaying in North Norfolk. P.S.

Excellent hosts and accomodation would highly recommend, spotlessly clean and cosy. Jude and Thomas have thought of every thing you would need for a relaxing break. Breakfast included lovely orange juice, cereals, eggs, bread, jams marmalade etc. Beautiful large white fluffy towels, wonderful toiletries and lovely comfortable king size bed. We enjoyed our 3 night stay and will not hesitate to return.

I was bowled away by my holiday with Brancaster Stays. My wife and I were here for 3 nights and wish we could have stayed for more. We had the ‘Near’ apartment which was beautiful and spacious, the pictures really don’t do it justice! It feels as though the host Jude has thought of everything. There’s plenty of bits in stock for breakfast including a lovely muesli, milk, butter etc. Delicious cake on arrival, plenty of tea (lots of flavours to chose from) and coffee, and all the toiletries are amazing. The towels are big and fluffy and the bed is an absolute dream. The location is just

Lovely place to stay and Jude was an excellent host. Studio apartment was large, clean and comfortable with adequate and varied supplies for a light breakfast each morning. Lovely bathroom with rain shower and toiletries supplied. Nice patio area to sit and have a glass of wine in the evening. The area itself is lovely with 3 decent pubs in walking distance (The Ship hotel is in Brancaster and along a main road with no lighting, so if you’re not driving, it’s best to go during the day and takes half an hour to walk). Would love to stay here again.
