These seven attractive cottages have been skilfully reconstructed or converted from 17th Century barns situated on the outskirts of the small village of Runcton Holme in West Norfolk, near the farmhouse on our 600 acre arable farm. Whilst retaining the charm of many traditional features and interesting memorabilia, they offer a high quality of comfort, rural views and an ideal base to explore the variety of attractions in and around Norfolk.
Thorpland Manor Barns are peacefully situated on the edge of the Fens overlooking grass meadows and arable fields and with beautiful sunset views, yet easily accessible to the A.10. You might just wish to relax peacefully in the sunshine by the pool with the sound of birds singing in the countryside or enjoy the warm, soothing water of our deluxe spa then relax in the sauna to gradually ease away the stress of every day life.

Stayed here for a week with four young children, and it was fantastic. It is a lovely tranquil place, with plenty of near by attractions for young children and the family. The owners, Mary and Derek, couldn't be more helpful and welcoming. We are all agreed we shall be back in future. Amazing vacation

Excellent accommodation in converted/copied farm buildings. Well equipped. Hot tub, sauna, games room, heated outdoor pool all on site. Great local walks for as far as you want to go. Outstanding butcher and farm shop/greengrocer about 1 k away. Coastal, market and cultural centres all within easy reach. Pretty close to perfect.

We'd booked a couple of the cottages for four nights for ourselves and family. The only negative thing I can say, is that I only got to stay for three nights as we had to leave a day early owing to flight times from Birmingham Airport :-(
The whole complex is amazing. Both cottages were spotless, and very well equipped. Most impressed to find Xmas trees up in each cottage and festive lights all over the place. Actually had to turn the heating down, as we found it too warm. Been in loads of places where you needed thermal underwear. As an antidote to the previous days wedding festivities and all
