We would not hesitate to recommend The Barn. It is very comfortable and well furnished with everything you would need for either a short or long stay. Kate and Mark were both very welcoming and very approachable hosts and the booking process was easy.

This place is lovely! With a very friendly and warm atmosphere. The self catering accommodation is just right for a get away with modern decor and a private garden. It is also pet friendly which is a massive plus! I look forward to being there again soon.

Lovely escape for 2. Very comfortable and well equipped. More spacious than it looks in the photos and the TV is bigger than the one shown. Easy to get to and great for touring the area as just off the A16 but no road noise as the property is set well back from the road up a farm drive way. Lovely owners but not at all intrusive. Short drive or 40 mins walk into Boston. Short drive to the 2 local RSPB reserves which are both excellent.

What a place to stay, absolutely fantastic. We were so impressed as soon as we stepped in. Absolutely dog friendly. Will be our base every time My Wife, I and the dogs visit Lincolnshire. Katie our host was very welcoming.
Would recommend any time.

Just returned from our second wonderful visit to Earlscroft Farm. The lodge is just beautiful, with no expense spared on furnishings or facilities. Absolutely perfect for the dogs too, Flynn had a whale of a time, both in the enclosed garden and the huge meadow just outside the front door. Just looking forward to our next visit.
You won't be disappointed

We have stayed here four times and thoroughly recommend it. The accommodation is beautifully presented, well appointed and comfortable. It is rare to find somewhere that is both really clean and pet-friendly.

Just come back from a four night stay and couldn't fault it. Took our two jack russells and the enclosed garden was perfect for them. No fuss or bother when they were a bit noisy either.
Fixtures and fittings good quality, comfy bed, good bathroom, easy to use appliances.
Had a range of easy clean walks for the dogs nearby. One just a ten minute drive down the road. Witham Way Country Park. Perfect, easy to park, clean paved interesting walks.

My wife and I have just spent a week at this delightful property and have thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Despite being close to a main road, it is extremely quiet and feels very rural. The accommodation is very smart, comfortable, warm and well equipped, such that we wanted for nothing. The huge double bed is extremely comfortable and the shower is very powerful and maintains temperature. WiFi worked well, though the lack of a password is a bit disconcerting. The provision of a stereo system is a nice addition, as is the radio in the bedroom.

Second time we have stayed here and again it was excellent. Earlscroft is a great place to relax and a terrific centre to explore Lincolnshire.

Just come back from a week at the Wonderful Barn. Can't recommend it enough. Mark and Kate - we will be back.

Stayed here several times -very comfortable, beautifully furnished and immaculately maintained. Delicious homemade bread, eggs from their own chickens and always a warm welcome.

A beautiful barn conversion with spacious rooms and good quality, modern fixtures, fittings and furniture. The kitchen was equipped with everything you could possibly need. Some really interesting books to read, DVDs to watch and a comprehensive information section for the local area. The private, enclosed garden was very relaxing. We would recommend Earlscroft Farm to anyone.
