Services
Easton Pre-School is a small setting and we have a very welcoming and homely approach. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage(EYFS) which brings together a number of guidelines and practices into a single, coherent framework for the care and education of children from 0 to 5 years. There are seven areas of learning and development that shape educational programmes in early years settings.
We recognise that every child is an individual and that each child will learn and develop at different rates. Our staff are receptive to individual children's needs and interests. We will discuss your child's development with you regularly and are always open to any concerns you may have about your child.
We welcome feedback from parents and often run parent surveys and encourage parents to review us on Netmums and other websites. The staff are very experienced and the whole atmosphere is warm and inviting. My daughter has settled in so well. She feels secure, has made friends and is learning so much.
We are registered to receive Government funding in the term following your child's 3rd birthday and for some children following their 2nd birthday. Parents will be given a funding form to fill in at the start of each term which will enable them to discuss how they would like to use their child's hours.
Easton Pre-School is governed by a committee of trustees. We are a registered charity and also a member of the Pre-School Learning Alliance. We operate under the Pre-School Learning Alliance 2011 constitution. All our accounts and reports can be found on the charity commission website, just enter our Charity Number 1025493.
