She has worked with individual clients and groups teaching relaxation techniques, breathwork, meditation, mindfulness, yoga and hypnotherapy. Hypnotherapy is a skilled communication aimed at directing a person's imagination in a way that helps elicit changes in some perceptions, sensations, feelings, thoughts and behaviours. In a typical hypnotherapy session the hypnotherapist and client will discuss the intended alterations or therapeutic goals desired.
Using hypnotherapy, reflexology and Arvigo Therapy, Jo is able to offer support during conception: preparing the body for natural conception or working to support her clients through medically assisted conception.
During pregancy, reflexology and hypnotherapy can support the pregnant woman, helping her cope with some of the side effects of pregnancy such as morning sickness, and continuing to support her in mind and body, creating balance at a time that, whilst joyful, can also present her with challenges.

Her work as an NCT antenatal teacher and hypnobirthing practitioner along with the mind and body therapies she offers means she can work with you through your journey to parenthood.
