Have visited a few times before today the food, service, pricing all very good, it was a pleasure to visit again after such a long lockdown and nice to see it still open as many have folded with the corona virus affecting the trade. Will certainly visit again and i know it will be as good as ever 5 star rating for this business.

This pub might look very classic British with its regulars in their familiar spots and an array of ales for all tastes, but the food is anything but. I was here at least 4, maybe 5 years ago now and it wasn't the best, but close family visit here a lot. They always have good things to say so we went for a landmark birthday. Despite the place looking a bit odd for covid-19 times, it's just the norm now and the staff still make you feel welcome.
The food is extremely good quality, worthy of a place in London at least. It's fresh to order and make with a lot of care as they deal with a lot of fish

Lovely generous Sunday lunch with also imaginative specials on menu. Great desserts with candy apple and walnuts wrapped in tortilla a unique and delicious choice. Friendly waiting staff. Reasonable prices and you can take your dog and children for a walk in the common afterwards where a golf course used to be.
