First time in the UK in 2-years owing to COVID and thought we’d try an old favourite.
I sincerely wish we hadn’t. It’s now been 2-hours and 28-minutes and our food STILL hasn’t arrived. I called and they said they are busy on a Saturday night!
They offered me 2 poppadoms by way of compensation (I wasn’t asking for any) which is pretty pointless as I’d ordered 6 anyway!
Suggestion - Don’t take orders you cannot fulfill in a reasonable timeframe. It’s a bit late for my elderly Mother to enjoy food after 9pm!

PICKED UP A TAKE AWAY TONIGHT, AND IT WAS NOT GOOD. THE CHICKEN IN THE SHASHLIK WAS HARD AND FLOATING IN LIQUID, THE RIATHA WAS SWIMMING IN WATER, THE VEGETABLE MADRAS TASTED OF UNCOOKED CHILLI POWDER, AND WORST OF ALL THE PRAWN PURI WAS COMPLETELY SOAKED IN OIL. USUALLY WHEN WE HAVE A MEAL FROM HERE IT IS VERY GOOD, WHAT'S CHANGED?
