The waiter serving food was really polite. However the old man behind the bar was extremely rude. We was conned into buying an extra portion of rice. Overall the food was nice despite the fact the kema nan had miniscule ration portion of mince. Overall bang average at best. Avoid old obnoxious man at all costs (Abdul). Poor establishment customer service zero!

We ordered takeaway via their website which said the wait time for delivery was 60 minutes. 120 minutes later we were still waiting for it to be delivered!! We called to ask where it was on many occasions and just got fobbed off saying “it’s out for delivery”. Finally 30 minutes after calling it arrived. So a 2 hour 30 minute wait. Although when it did finally arrive not everything we ordered and paid for had been delivered! We emailed them with the email confirmation of the order and explained we had not received everything but they are yet to reply! Awful customer service. Normally our

Terrible service. Refused come up to my flat due to a few stairs. When I rang the restaurant they said this was due to covid. However, he gave me the food to my hand making this rubbish. He said his legs would hurt having to walk up the stairs. Having just recovered from surgery I felt this is unacceptable. Plus the chicken was overdone!! I will not be ordering from here again and if you live in a flat about 3 steps you shouldn't either.

Had a takeaway (collection) from here last night, as this place is local to us. Never eaten from here before, the order was ready within 30 mins. We ordered a variety of side dishes and curries and, with the exception of the onion bhajis, they were all delicious. The bhajis were quite tough and seemed overcooked, which was a shame, but overall we were very happy with our order, and would order again.

Staying at the Sofitel Gatwick and ordered a delivery of the meal for two from our room. I would like to acknowledge that the meal was excellent but far more impressive was the fact that the delivery person had parking restrictions near the airport but still managed to find me waiting out the front of the hotel. For anyone staying at the Sofitel Gatwick do not expect the hotel staff to assist you with any deliveries.

Always welcomed in with a warm atmosphere. The food here is in smaller portions that some others but always presented well and very fresh and hot. This restaurant is extremely child friendly and we noticed this when going with family with young children. It's not a bad idea to book this restaurant as it can get busy due to it's popularity. I love Indian food and have tried a great deal in this area and many areas around the UK and I have to say that this restaurant is one of my personal favourites.
