Suitable for friends & family of ALL ages, with something for everyone, from darts , football, snooker, badminton, swings for the little uns, the MOST amazing huge hot-tub / spa for the adults & much much more. Tons of 'extras' laid on with outside bar & lots of outdoor seating ares & a secret fairy garden. Totally exceeded expectations. The owners thought of everything & we'll definately return. If a house can have charisma, then this one

Professional service and very prompt. They do charge a booking fee for booking a holiday through them which is pretty steep at £40. We also had to pay an additional insurance cost.
Overall good company, booking was easy and quick. Fee made it slightly annoying.

Wales Cottage Holidays, were easy to deal with, I booked before covid so my initial dates were cancelled, but I found the staff very helpful in me rebooking my dates. I would use Wales Cottage Holidays again, and can recommend them.

Excellent stay.
The communication and countdown information was 1st class.
The cottage was in a fantastic location with fabulous sea views.
It is exceptionally well equipped. Parking may be a problem in busy months. The village is lovely with nice bars and restaurants and we had the bonus of seeing Dolphins from the harbour every day.

We stayed in Morfa Nefyn in a bungalow....awful & very dirty. We phoned Wales Cottage holidays to ask about any other accomodation we could move to all they could offer was our last 3 nights at a cost of £1300 & also told us that if we are not happy with the bungalow we need to speak to the owner as our contract is with them when in fact our contract is with WCH...never again.

Exactly as previous reviews. Took my booking then cancelled at the last minute (12 hours to go) in order to take a better one. I had even phoned them that morning to check and they assured me that the booking was good. Don't go near them! They dont deserve to be in business. I went on Airbnb and the owner confirmed within 5 minutes of request. Time for Wales to join the 21 st century.

The booking process was fairly straightforward; I was told that the cottage was available and therefore I went ahead with it.
An hour after paying the deposit, I received a pretty short email saying that the owner had refused our booking (the property was offered as fully available, not available on request).
I have tried to question this over the last 3 days, and Wales Cottage Holidays have not replied to my emails (employee called Emma) and are still holding my payment.
Not only that, but the place I booked is available again on the website for £2000 more over the dates we wanted. Shamefully
