Set in the designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Quilmore Cottage is a detached property nestled high on the side of Black Hill, just a few miles from the village of Clun. Surrounded by farmland and outstanding views, our cottage offers you a restful getaway for a weekend or longer. The cottage is very private, with its own terrace and a fabulous hot tub for you to relax and gaze out over the countryside to the hills beyond.
From the gently bubbling, warm water, you can see Clee Hill, 20 miles away and to the left, Caer Caradoc at Church Stretton. Behind the cottage, high above the farmland are the majestic pines of Black Hill. A haven for wildlife, where red deer roam and birds of prey soar high above your head. The night sky is clear of light pollution and the view of the stars on a clear night is something you will never forget.

The South Shropshire Hills form one of the most beautiful and unspoilt areas of the country. We mention some of the attractions, but there are many more. There is very little evidence of commercialism - the nearest burger outlet is about ten miles away!
