Lisa is the Pre-School Manager and has been with us for over 14 years. Lisa is the Senior Safeguarding Officer and Health & Safety Officer as well as being First Aid trained. Lisa is passionate about the Pre-School always striving to enhance our provision by constantly researching new ideas and initiatives.
I'm not sure you remember but I searched for 5 months for a Pre-School. As soon as I saw all of your lovely smiley faces on your website I knew you were a special place. Once we visited I prayed we would get a place. Its a hub of care and attention. H has loved his time with you and we have felt all his needs were met.
As we ease ourselves back into the Autumn term we will start by getting to know all the new children and reacquainting with the old. We will have lots of 'News times' encouraging the children to chat with each other and with us as we discover their new interests. This term our focus will be on Communication.
Our garden has been amazing this summer! It has produced some lovely fruits and vegetables and the flowers and plants have encouraged lots of little bugs and creatures to set up home in our garden. The welly boots added some amazing colour to the entrance of the pre-school.
Over the Summer the Garden had a transformation, a lovely sleeper border has been added so we have lots of room for our Herbs and plants and a wonderful corner seat for the children to sit and chat on.We have added a grassy area too which has lots of possibilities for use, including outdoor Yoga. With the autumn months coming we have now started concentrating on the sensory side of the garden.
