We have a baby room for children aged 0-2, a 2-3 room and a 3-5 room. All of our rooms are freshly decorated and well resourced to meet the needs of the children. We follow the pre-birth to three guidance for children aged 0-3 and the Curriculum for Excellence for children aged 3-5. We aim to provide a safe, secure and caring environment for all children.
It is our aim in nursery to provide high quality experiences for children aged 12 weeks to 5 years. Our staff work with the children in a caring, nurturing environment. We pride ourselves in meeting the individual needs of all of our children. Our vision is to develop happy, kind, self-confident, and successful children.

Services
To provide you with a simple and easy nursery experience we use the 'FAMLY' nursery management app. Through 'FAMLY' you will have access to an app on your phone (available on Apple and Android) and desktop for you to manage all your communication directly with the manager or key worker and also most importantly have a safe place to see your child's weekly experiences, learning and development.
All children age 3 and over (and eligible two year olds) who live in Glasgow City Council can access their full funded entitled of 1140 hours per year at Pride & Joy Nursery as we are a partner nursery of Glasgow City Council. Parents do not need to pay a deposit or pay for lunches to access their child's funded entitlement.
All health and social care services in Scotland have a duty of candour. This is a legal requirement which means that when things go wrong and mistakes happen, the people affected understand what has happened, receive an apology, and that organisations learn how to improve in the future. An important part of this duty is that we provide an annual report about the duty of candour in our service, Pride & Joy Nursery.

Since the new owner has taken over there has been a complete transformation at Pride & Joy. The outside area has been totally refurbished with a great range of resources. A new wooded area and mud-kitchen are a great and welcomed addition. The staff seem so much happier and this is reflected the moment you walk through the doors.
Highly recommended.

The place has a horrible vibe about it , no walls have been painted all look like they are taken care of very poorly , with scribbles all over , the children have no rotation of toys and no structure. I visited to enrol my child and I would not reccomend it at all , not a place to be , staff and management looked like they would rather watch paint dry than be there and they were not engaging with kids . Must be due to the rubbish owners

My son was attending this nursery since February 2016. The nursery is clean and has lots of new facilities like toilets, toys etc. There is quite high staff turnover and my son has already had a few keyworkers. The nursery has no garden, children play in the carpeted driveway, what was quite surprising standard comparing to my son's previous nursery. Also while breakfast and snack is made in the nursery kitchen, the lunch is catered and a few times my son complained about the food. Unlike my previous nursery , they do charge for all the days when the nursery is closed like bank holidays etc, but
