Nursery is the beginning of children's educational journey whether they are logical thinkers, enjoying maths and language, or prefer dancing and role play. Our nursery as a whole will help them to discover their talents and develop their real-life skills, giving them the best start to life. Services
Each member of our staff is highly valued and a very important team player. They are dedicated professionals who completely focused on the wellbeing and development of the children in their care. Our staff are all very passionate, caring and engaging within their job role. We all attend regular training courses, which enable us to bring new ideas and learning tools to the nursery.
Within our duckling's room, we don't follow a set routine as we work our day around the individual needs of the children. Our ducklings have a range of different needs as we range from 12 weeks to 2 years. We have babies that need lots of care and toddlers that are beginning to become more independent.
Owl department is where all our 2 to 3-year-old children enjoy playing and learning. We have two large playrooms were the children can free flow between, each room has a variety of play areas for the children to explore. The owls follow a flexible routine to begin to learn about structure and timing throughout the day that can be changed easily to fit in with the needs of the individual children.
In our penguin department, we provide a safe and stimulating environment for our 3-5-year-old's. We ensure that the needs of each child are being met and we promote their well-being. Activities and play opportunities both indoors and outdoor are provided to develop children's emotional, physical, social, intellectual, language and creative capabilities.
Within our afterschool care, we have 2 large afterschool care play room's situated in the upstairs of our building. We also have a private outdoor play area for our afterschool children. We currently pick up children from St Monica's primary school, We hope to offer collection from other neighbouring schools soon.
